3. Make her work for your approval. Nothing good comes easy, so you gotta set your chick down and give her a mission in which to prove her worth to you. She will respect you for doing this and she will want to know that she is dealing with a boss and not a sucker. Given chicks missions is a good way to establish dominance and a pecking order of importance. If you have a bytch who wont accomplish her mission, leave that bytch alone because she ain't down for you, she only down for herself.

4. Rewards should only be based on a good attitude and the ability to accomplish the mission you have mandated. Never should it be predicated upon sex, or how good the pussy is.
